The general opinion that a reservation made via Booking.com is advantageous is misleading. When booking your room via our website, you get an exclusive 10% discount on the cost of your whole stay and also a unique opportunity to enjoy your free welcome drink on the rooftop of our hotel building with a panoramic view of the whole city. A view that is - without exaggeration - considered the best in the whole Old Town of Prague.

How do I receive confirmation of my booking?Within 48 hours of making your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation containing all necessary information and hotel contacts. If you prefer, we can also send you a reminder of your reservation via SMS shortly before your arrival.

Can I change my reservation?You can easily change your reservation by simply writing an email to rezervace@hotelrott.cz. We will gladly arrange a shift of the term, change of a room, amendment of a service etc. Simply - we are here for you!

Until when can I cancel my reservation?If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so free of charge up to 72 hours before your arrival (12 pm on the arrival date counts as the arrival term). Always check the actual reservation conditions when making your reservation. Occasionally, we offer special prices and offers that may have different terms, and it is impossible to alter the principles of prepayment or non-refundable fees.
